Cancellation Policy:

We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, processing begins immediately for prompt delivery. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.

Refund Policy:

We issue exchanges in two conditions:

  1. Wrong product received (Package open video required).
  2. Manufacturing defects (Package open video required).

No refunds for used, opened, or customer-damaged products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Free replacement for manufacturing defects only.

Returns & Exchange:

We allow returns/exchanges within 5 days of receiving the item. Sale items, bundles, or combos are non-returnable unless wrong or lost during transit. Eligibility requires the item to be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return/exchange during the non-sale period, email support@houseofsales.in with order details and reasons. Attach a receipt, proof of purchase, and, if applicable, a picture of the product. Approved returns/exchanges will have pickup arranged by us.

Return/exchange shipping charges borne by us for:

  • Wrong product dispatch
  • Product damaged in transit
  • Non-delivery of the product
  • Different variant dispatched

Customer bears shipping costs for other reasons.

T&C:

  • Gift cards non-returnable.
  • Returned products must be unused with original packaging.
  • Refund processed after quality check within 5-7 days.
  • Sale items ineligible for return unless damaged in transit or wrong product sent.

No Refunds in the Following Cases:

  • Products returned after 5 days post order date.
  • Products returned in used or damaged condition.

Damaged Goods during Transit:

If a product is damaged during transit, notify us at support@houseofsales.in within 24 hrs. Provide a picture of the damaged product. Once approved, a pickup will be arranged, and a replacement dispatched.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. For late or missing refunds, contact us at support@houseofsales.in.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, deducted from the refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
